Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential service providers and evaluate their capabilities.
- Prepare and issue requests for proposals (RFPs) and quotations (RFQs) to selected vendors.
- Analyze bids and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with contract specifications and service levels.
- Collaborate with internal departments to assess service needs and specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and vendor communications.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in service procurement.
Qualifications and Specifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in a retail or service environment.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and procurement software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Condition:
- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Weekends: Friday & Saturday are off
- Working Hours: 9 hours flexible
- Location: Maadi
