Purchasing Officer At Ahmed ElSallab

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential service providers and evaluate their capabilities.
  • Prepare and issue requests for proposals (RFPs) and quotations (RFQs) to selected vendors.
  • Analyze bids and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms and conditions.
  • Monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with contract specifications and service levels.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to assess service needs and specifications.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and vendor communications.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in service procurement.

Qualifications and Specifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in a retail or service environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and procurement software.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Condition:

  • Working Days: 5 days a week
  • Weekends: Friday & Saturday are off
  • Working Hours: 9 hours flexible
  • Location: Maadi
