Responsibilities

· Develop, lead, and execute purchasing strategies.

· Manage overall suppliers and Contractors.

· International and domestic suppliers & Contractors’ Experience.

· Continuously improve material management / Project Management processes to drive better business results

· Manage the implementation of material purchasing / Contracts in close proximity to the planning while controlling inventory.

· Follow up with policies, procedures, and material control systems/ Project management.

· Strong ability to identify and solve problems in and out of the immediate work area and ensure materials are ordered and in stock / Project to meet all revenue commitments and strategic objectives while maintaining acceptable inventory levels.

· Responsible for leading Projects and/or direct reports within the business unit to improve (Supply agreements, Min/Max agreements, Consignment/ Vendor Managed Inventory Programs).

· Monitor effective purchasing procedures.

· Assist department managers in identifying the most effective and compliant way to procure material / Project Develop, lead, and execute purchasing strategies.

· Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power.

· Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation.

· Continuously improve material management / Project Management processes to drive better business results.

· Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Business Operations, supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or equivalent work experience in the Purchasing field.

· 10-15 years of experience in purchasing for Contracting.

· Proven working experience as Purchasing Manager, Agent, or Officer.

· Previous experience with ERP systems, Odoo system preferred.

· Demonstrated supplier/Contractor negotiation, decision-making, organizational and communication skills.

· Excellent command of English.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Excellent organization skills.
