JD :
– Evaluate all purchase orders to ensure clarity and completeness in material descriptions.
– Preparing and issuing requests for quotations to qualified suppliers according to the approved vendor list.
– Interview potential suppliers either face to face or by telephone to determine scope, prices, discounts and terms to ensure target prices and company terms and conditions are met.
– Review the technical and commercial offers received, prepare a comparative analysis, and coordinate with the technical departments to clear all clarifications.
– Prepare purchase orders that correspond to the purchase orders received and in accordance with the selected suppliers, price and technical approval.
– Follow up with the warehouse department to receive materials and clarify their status.
