Purchase Specialist At Semak

We are looking for a “Purchase Specialist” to join our team!

Responsibilities

•Sourcing for new suppliers of whole requested items.

•Responding To PRs and converting them to PO within KPI.

•Negotiation of prices with suppliers to meet company benchmark price.

•Issue Pos with required items in the approved

(quantity-price-delivery date)

•Follow up on time delivery with different suppliers.

•Check the purchasing items’ budget with the budget control department.

•An on-ground buyer for any requested item.

•Responsible for buying any loyalty items requirements.

•Dealing with on-ground suppliers (Getting cash from Finance and Buying approved quality items)

Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

•From 1 to 2 years of work experience in a Buyer position in the pharma/ FMCG industry.

•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP System (Oddo) is a plus.

• Team player with strong organizational skill
