Job Description:
- Assist in Procurement Processes
- Support the purchasing team in sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services required by the company.
- Help in maintaining positive relationships with suppliers and vendors. Assist in resolving issues related to delivery, quality, and pricing.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure accurate and timely processing of orders.
- Conduct basic market research to identify potential suppliers and gather information on pricing, availability, and quality of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities, including order details, delivery timelines, and payment status. Assist in preparing reports on purchasing activities and performance.
job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in purchasing, procurement.
- Experience in the textile or manufacturing industry is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Good understanding of sourcing and procurement processes.
- Familiarity with inventory management principles.
- Ability to analyze supplier quotes and assess cost-effectiveness.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Good command of English (spoken and written)
