Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Proposals Engineer, based in Cairo, Egypt. The Proposals Engineer will be responsible for preparing detailed technical and commercial proposals, writing proposal documentation, executing bid submittals, and coordinating with project stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with engineering, procurement, and sales teams to ensure comprehensive and competitive proposal submissions that align with client requirements.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Proposal Preparation and Proposal Writing, including creating technical and commercial documentation.
- Technical knowledge and proficiency in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in Sales and Procurement processes relevant to engineering and consulting services.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a client-focused approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required.
- Familiarity with industry standards, particularly in the Egyptian market, is an asset.
- Proficiency in the English language; additional language skills are advantageous.
