Hyde Park Developments is currently hiring “Projects Senior Engineer – North Coast” Projects Department.
Job purpose:
Responsible of assisting the project Supervisor in handling construction activities to manage contractors and consultants at our project in North Coast.
Responsibilities:
·Monitor the daily activities related to construction issues, gathering project data, coordinating progress review meetings and producing periodical reports.
·Manage site resources ensuring that the contractor provides adequate staffing and manpower to complete the project on scheduled time.
·Monitor consultant`s performance to ensure procedures are followed for site inspection, expediting review, approval of shop drawings and other technical submittals.
·Manage scope of work by identifying changed conditions or work outside the scope and manage the close out stage to ensure handling primary snag list with consultant.
·Maintain records, site diary, follow quality assurance reports and records.
·Assist with inputting information/durations to programmer of works.
Follow up materials supplied by the owner to contractors.
Qualifications and Experiences:
· 6-9 years of experience.
· Bachelor`s degree in Civil / Architectural engineering.
· Proficient in MS. Office.
· AutoCAD.
· project management skills.
· problem solving skills.
