Job Purpose:
Provide excellent customer service to the clients with the purpose of enriching their learning experience. This starts from onboarding them whether those who are appointed by Sponsor or who are recruited through media campaigns, explain polices & provide detailed information about CDC/Sponsor programs as needed and support the program execution with excellent quality, conducting evaluations, etc. according to work schedule determined by supervisor. The job entails working in different times and shift system.
Duties and Responsibilities
Customer Relations:
- Onboarding new participants to the programs
- Maintain excellent relations with the sponsors and/or owners of the programs form the client side up and above the participants themselves.
- Maintain good relations with course attendees and record their info in the database
- Keep up communication with past attendees to promote programs and services
- Engage with participants to identify areas of concern and handle them
- Review program evaluations and report any concerns daily to supervisor on daily basis
- Handle attendees’ complaints and report them on daily basis to supervisor
Operations:
- Timely performing courses administration tasks including distribution of handouts, class evaluation, attendance and photography
- Complete call logs and reports
- Input participants’ information into database
- Preparation of evaluation analysis reports
- Assist the instructors during the sessions i.e.: course game plan, rooms’ setup, catering, etc.
- Report any maintenance work needed promptly to supervisor
- Sending admin file to logistics department within 48 hours of course end
Reports:
- Produce weekly, monthly, and annually reports on all activities vs. the business plan
- Produce ad-hoc reports as requested by management
Perform any other duties as required by management to meet the business needs.
Basic Requirements:
Knowledge:
University Degree in Business Administration (or equivalent experience) is preferred.
Skill:
Excellent command of English language.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Outstanding communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Experience:
0-3 years of experience in Customer Relations/Sales
