Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as Procurement SME for ERP implementation, ensuring alignment with organisational needs.
  • Optimise P2P processes to enhance efficiency, compliance, and user experience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
  • Manage risks, facilitate user training, and document workflows and improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in procurement project management and ERP implementation (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Strong knowledge of P2P processes and optimisation.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Relevant certifications (IPSCMI, CIPS, etc.) preferred.

Deliverables:

  • ERP procurement project plan, P2P gap analysis, and optimised workflows.
  • Training materials, user manuals, and regular progress reports.
