Key Responsibilities:
- Act as Procurement SME for ERP implementation, ensuring alignment with organisational needs.
- Optimise P2P processes to enhance efficiency, compliance, and user experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Manage risks, facilitate user training, and document workflows and improvements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in procurement project management and ERP implementation (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong knowledge of P2P processes and optimisation.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Relevant certifications (IPSCMI, CIPS, etc.) preferred.
Deliverables:
- ERP procurement project plan, P2P gap analysis, and optimised workflows.
- Training materials, user manuals, and regular progress reports.
