We are recruiting for our client multinational manufacturer of home & personal care products ,located in 6 of October -Egypt.

Position: Project Manger
Report to : GM

The Role
The project manager will undertake multiple business projects and programmes to include initiation, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and communication with the aim of delivering a project’s stated business objectives in a low-risk manner of time, cost, and specifications.

What you will do

•Provision of competence for each project in terms of application of project management standards.
•Creation of a Charter for each project or programme to include scope of the project in terms of deliverables, a diagram of the project structure/organization, risk assessment, definition of the business objectives, project management controls, the names of the key ownership appointments and the approach for delivery and solution and other required information to ensure success.
•Supporting and advising project business leads on all aspects of the project management environment and assisting them to organize their work streams appropriately.
•Project planning, including creating and maintaining of an overall project plan, create and maintain an appropriate organizational framework utilizing an appropriate project management model.
•Estimating and scheduling work to meet the projects agreed targets. Monitoring and controlling activities, including establishing an appropriate change control mechanism to ensure that the impact of change within a project is tightly controlled.
•Co-ordinate cross project activities and highlight critical resource constraints and change control risks that need resolving.
•Taking corrective action to eradicate or mitigate exceptional situations/risks whenever these are identified.
•Establishing appropriate Quality Assurance regimes to ensure deliverables are fit for the purpose intended.
•Creation of a project repository/library to maintain the integrity of project critical information during the life of a project.
•Building relationships business managers and IT project leads to ensure their buy-in to the project management protocols.
•In conjunction with the Senior Business lead delegating the business deliverables to appropriate persons.
