Responsibilities

  • Lead analysis activities such as exploring business requirements and documenting project scope and objectives to establish clear stakeholder expectations.
  • Support scope control by identifying potential changes and ensuring proper escalation and approval through project channels.
  • Assist in maintaining the project schedule, tracking task completion, and supporting adherence to deadlines.
  • Monitor project cost elements, assist the project manager in budget control, and identify potential cost variations for escalation.
  • Collaborate with the project manager to coordinate third-party vendor activities, including planning, execution, and documentation.
  • Support project delivery in alignment with established methodologies and quality standards.
  • Assist in tracking resource allocation and availability, ensuring team members are informed of their roles and commitments.
  • Contribute to implementing the communication plan, including updates and feedback for team members, steering committees, and stakeholders.
  • Participate in project meetings and assist in preparing materials for steering committee updates.
  • Support the maintenance of a detailed risk register, track risk mitigation actions, and update project risks as needed.
  • Assist in ensuring all project components and deliverables are aligned within the overall project framework.
  • Help apply change management practices, track process updates, and ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret data to support project decisions and deliverables.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights from data to provide recommendations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into project objectives and deliverables.
  • Lead validation activities with technical and business teams to ensure quality deliverables and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business informatics, engineering, or a related field required.
  • 3+ years of IT project management experience.
  • Project managers require strong IT technical skills and a solid understanding of software development.
  • Developing Budgets, Coaching, Supervision, Staffing, Project Management, Management Proficiency, Process Improvement, Tracking Budget Expenses, Self-Development, Planning, Performance Management, Inventory Control, Verbal Communication.
  • Previous experience in the consulting industry is a benefit.
  • Previous experience in managing large-scale transformational projects and initiatives.
  • PMP certification (or equivalent) is a benefit.
  • Ability to write detailed technical and business documents (proposals, project plans, documentation).
  • Soft Skills required
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues, both logical and interpersonal.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and effective presentation skills, all geared toward coordination and education.
  • Ability to negotiate and defuse conflict.
  • Team player and relationship builder.
  • Self-motivated, independent, cooperative, flexible, and creative.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Arabic.
