Job Responsibilities:
- Be expert on specialized products such as Reefer, OOG, and Breakbulk.
- Ensure proficiency in selling specialized products aligned with CMA CGM’s strategy.
- Assist in developing specialized business plans, leveraging product and industry knowledge.
- Monitor personal performance and propose self-corrections as needed.
- Promote specialized products to customers, demonstrating deep understanding.
- Identify market opportunities and contribute to revenue growth, utilizing expertise.
- Participate in creating specialized commercial plans.
- Conduct specialized commercial visits and calls, utilizing product knowledge.
- Promote CMA CGM’s specialized services.
- Update personal commercial data and feedback in CRM systems.
- Meet sales targets and coordinate customer requests with support teams.
Knowledge, work experience, skills & competencies:
- Proficient in Project Cargo, with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in shipping lines or freight forwarding companies.
- Sales and special product Expertise.
- Great customer facing skills with ability to build and nurture relationships.
- Demonstration of professional demeanor, positive attitude, and ability to manage stress through challenging situations.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Must be able to prioritize work effectively and manage time efficiently.
- Basic proficiency with MS Office.
- Analytical mindset with ability to use data to dive decision making.
