Position: Production Supervisor

Work location: 6th of October

Job Description:

– Ensuring adherence by staff to all work instructions/working practices to ensure conformity.
– To ensure that defined tasks and targets assigned are completed in full and within the allotted timescale to the best of your ability.
– All defined areas are maintained to the highest housekeeping standards.
– Provide training, knowledge, assistance and guidance to other team members as required.
– Ideas and improvements are generated and implemented as part of the daily routine.
– Health & Safety awareness and conformance at all times by team members.
– Maintaining and progressing daily report about all production process.
– Regular, constructive meetings with all team members.
– Actively achieving department objectives.
– Mustn’t stop, modify, change or remove safety device, especially machine ones, equipment, tools, technical installations and buildings and to use correctly these devices
– Must adopt and respect the stipulations of health and safety and the measures that applies, as well as work procedures for each activity developed.
– Must immediately announce the management about any working situation that can be a potential peril for health safety of workers.

Job Requirements:

– 0-1 Years of Experience in the same field.
– 6th of October Resident Is Preferable.
– Leadership Skills.
– Production Engineering graduates only.
