Production Process Engineer At Yes Pac

We’re looking for a Production-Process engineer to join our team at YES PAC Packaging solutions.

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Production/Process Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and optimizing injection molding machines (ARBURG & STORK), and ensuring smooth production processes to deliver defect-free, high-quality plastic products.

Duties & Responsibilities:
· Set up and operate injection molding machines (ARBURG & STORK).
· Install, configure, and adjust robot programs and parameters as required.
· Manage machine-specific functions, including equipment setup, loading, operation, and performance optimization.
· Troubleshoot and resolve production line stoppages, applying corrective actions to minimize downtime.
· Adjust and control machine and robot parameters to achieve defect-free labeled products.
· Follow up on production plan changes and coordinate activities with the direct manager and team.

Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Power Engineering or Production Engineering.
· 1–3 years of relevant experience in the injection plastic industry.
· Strong knowledge of production procedures.
· Hands-on experience with ARBURG & STORK injection molding machines is plus.
· Familiarity with IML robots and SAP systems.
