Production Planning supervisor for pharmaceutical company

Seeking to Hire “Production Planning supervisor”
Receives the yearly / quarterly sales forecast. also receive the export yearly forecast.
Studies the sales forecast taking into consideration the available lines capacity and the available stocks of finished goods and raw & packaging materials.
Sets plans for production and for materials supply.
Follows-up on the sales plan and all its components.
Follows-up on the production lines ensuring the production is following the preset production plan.
Requisites and maintain inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands
Reviews the suggested MRP.
Works closely with Technical and Non-Technical purchasing to ensure having the materials on time.
Insures proper alignment of the planned purchasing orders taking into consideration the minimum order quantities, lead time…etc.
Coordinates the new products launches process by working closely with Commercial, Production, R&D, & Purchasing.
Follows-up regularly on other departments (Q.C. for under inspection items, Purchasing for open P.O., Warehouses for storage capacity, etc).
Follows-up with Foreign Purchasing Searching for more than one supplier per all items.
Submits regular reports showing the Sales Plan achievement, the Quarter Plan Accuracy and the Shortages
Job Requirement
Years of Experience: 5+ years in a pharmaceutical company
Education science or pharma
