👕 Develop and manage detailed production plans across various lines
🧵 Coordinate closely with cutting, sewing, and finishing departments
📦 Ensure timely order fulfillment while minimizing downtime
📊 Monitor capacity, efficiency, and workflow regularly
Requirements:
✔️ Previous experience in production planning, preferably in textiles or garments
✔️ Strong knowledge of production cycles and workflow optimization
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
✔️ Strong communication and coordination skills
