Responsibilities:
• Oversee production planning and management activities within the organization.
• Develop production plan, budget and timelines according to production specifications.
• Determine production requirements based on plant capacity and production specifications.
• Plan workflow and schedules for production departments.
• Monitor production status and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify delays and accordingly adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
• Assist in production risk assessment and mitigation activities.
• Evaluate current production processes and recommend improvements.
• Ensure that finished products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
• Determine equipment, materials and manpower required to complete production.
• Resolve production issues and escalate unresolved issues to management promptly.
• Take all measures to plan the needs of basic raw materials necessary to achieve production plans & adhere to delivery schedules and provide all necessary data to senior management
• Planning to determine the scope and stock ratio of all materials and production requirements
• Developing the necessary procurement plans to achieve the required production plans according to the customers’ requirements and setting the dates for the end of the production cycle in accordance with the storage capacity and the dates for fulfilling the customers’ requirements.
Requirements:
· B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering.
· 3- 5 years of experience.
· Self-motivated, extremely organized, and have a strong communication and project management attitude.
· Strong understanding of technical engineering principles to predict future problems and find solutions for them.
· Determining the necessary path for a project to get completed on time.
