Production planner At Golden Tex Wool Co

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple products
• Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
• Determine workforce, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand
• Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)
• Prepare and submit status and performance reports
• Keep paperwork organized
• monitor the overall situation, including incoming orders, supply chain problems, market changes and inventory issues.
• Collaborate with other departments and the management team to set production goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in production planning.
• Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in production planning and scheduling software.
• Excellent Organizational and Time Management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Textile back ground is preferred.
