About the job
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Applied Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience in production ( wood panels processing / solid wood).
• Strong proven leadership and managerial skills is a must.
Direct experience in:
•Operating machinery (CNC – Edge banding – Veneer pressing – Cutting).
•Adjusting production lines and overseeing maintenance.
•Proven leadership ability: managing large teams of supervisors and technicians.
•Strategic production planning and scheduling.
•Cost management and controlling waste and losses.
•Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
•Monitoring production KPIs (operational efficiency, waste ratios, delivery rates).
