Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily manufacturing operations for CNC machines.
- Ensure efficient production workflows while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of orders.
- Optimize CNC machining processes, reducing downtime and improving productivity.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials, tools, and spare parts.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead, train, and mentor the production team, fostering a culture of efficiency and innovation.
- Troubleshoot technical and mechanical issues in the production line.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- (3 : 5) years of experience in the manufacturing industry or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes, tooling, and materials.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and ODOO systems is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality control standards.
