” Production manager “

Duties :
– Communicate with department managers to determine the business strategy the required goals
– Cost estimation and budgeting of the process Production
– Organize the workflow to meet the required specifications and supervision
on setting delivery deadlines
– Production control and solving problems related to the production process
– Supervising the performance of production staff, quality and all
employees of the production department
– Determination of the necessary resources such as the volume of Labor and raw materials and all the requirements of the production process
– Monitor and ensure the output of products that meet quality standards
– Supervision of the implementation of special precautions procedures occupational Health and safety
– Preparing periodic reports and submitting them to the senior management

Requirements :
– Graduate of the faculty of science or agriculture, department of food technology
industrial engineering or production engineering
– At least 10 years of experience in the field of food
– Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
– Good working skills on all office & ERP system programs
– Excellent level of spoken and written english
