Job Description

Production Engineer supervising the assembly and operation process of the press department in the factory. 

• Responsible for revising assembling and operating molds for the factory’s products.
• Follow up the production process and ensure regular continuity of the production process by the specifications required for the product.
• Responsible for submitting daily and monthly production reports for the press department.
• Participate in the development of documents for the molds department (SOS, JES, etc.).
• Analyzing any problems resulting from production and the root causes and finding effective and appropriate solutions.
• Supervising the training and mentoring of technicians.
• Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) in the production department.
• Supervising the training and mentoring of technicians.

• Review engineering drawings and raise the dimensions of the products produced from the press for the factory’s products.
• Carry out additional tasks required by senior management.
