Production Engineer At Canal Sugar

Canal Sugar is looking for a “𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫” based in #Minya as per the below details:

– 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲:
Following up front-end process stations (starting from tipping, washing, slicers, extraction, pulp presses, purification, softening, and evaporation) and parameters of process required specification, all machinery, cleaning, and instruments are working well, and operation parameters.

– 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐬 & 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Follow up, supervise, and operate the stations that are under responsibility.
• Coordination between the officials of the laboratory analysis and control instrument
• Follow-up and prevention the different sources of losses.
• Prepare detailed reports on the progress of industrial processes to his senior engineer.
• working to achieve target number according to supplier performance
• follow up chemical dosing in different stations
• prepare the production requirements (spare parts and chemicals)
• Prepare daily reports about industrial processes.

– 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Must have a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or a related field.
• Minya Residents only.
• 2-4 years of experience in the manufacturing field, preferably in Cement or steel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications.
