Rowad Modern Engineering is looking for a highly motivated Procurement Team Leader (Electrical Engineer) to join our team on a strategic national transportation project.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering

Proven experience in procurement within large-scale construction or industrial projects

Solid knowledge of electrical systems, materials, and suppliers

Strong leadership and team coordination skills

Experience in managing technical procurement packages and vendor negotiations

Excellent communication and reporting skills
