Procurement Specialist At TBS


Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for packaging materials.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new suppliers.
  • Monitor market trends to ensure competitive pricing for packaging materials
  • Ensure packaging materials meet the required quality standards and specifications.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Production teams to address any material issues.
  • Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
  • Track supplier performance and implement improvement plans when necessary.
  • Manage supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Update and maintain procurement records for audits and reporting.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation in packaging materials to enhance sustainability and efficiency.
  • Propose solutions to optimize procurement processes and reduce costs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in packaging or food & Beverage industries.
