Job Responsibilities
-Preparing proposals, requesting quotes, and negotiating purchase terms and conditions.
-Preparing and issuing purchase orders and agreements.
-Researching and identifying prospective suppliers.
-Monitoring supplier performance and resolving issues and concerns.
-Inspecting and evaluating the quality of purchased items and resolving shortcomings.
-Liaising with internal project teams for require materials
-Preparing reports and maintaining accurate inventory and procurement records.
-liaising with accounting department for suppliers accounts
Job Requirements
-Bachelorโs degree in Commerce, Business Administration or related field.
-2 – 3 years solid experience.in electrical industry field
-Hands-on experience in vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors).
-The ability to communicate effectively.
-Team player with strong organizational skills.
-Very Good communication skills.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Very Good command of English language
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and with business application
