Procurement specialist At International Duty Free “0experience”

International Duty Free Company located in El Maadi is urgently required Procurement specialist:
Responsibilities:
• Following up purchase order, order confirmation, shipping documents, shipping details, storage, depletion, distribution of final invoices.
• Following up with clients new listing – orders – Per forma invoices – shipping details till delivery.
• Following up all logistics procedures and documentation
• Preparing and submitting the required reports
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree preferable in the same field (logistics and supply chain)
• Females only
• 0-3 yrs experience
• Relevant experience preferred.
• Purchasing process know-how is an asset
• Excellent English language is a must
• Excellent computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
