𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐝𝐨 𝐢𝐭?
1. Identify suppliers of goods and services. (Experience in raw materials is a must.)
2. Negotiate terms with suppliers such as price, quality of goods, deadlines, expectations, etc.
3. Liaise with suppliers and project managers regarding updates and details of goods.
4. Create purchase orders and tally these with supply requests and orders.
5. Analyze invoices to ensure the accuracy of goods delivered.
6. Monitor inventory to ensure the flow of goods remains positive.
7. Attend meetings with the legal department to ensure any contractual obligations are favorable to the company.
8. Work closely with the project team to understand the details of the procurement requirements.

– Bachelor degree.
– Excellent communication skills.
