Procurement Specialist – Bird Nest

Bird Nest is redefining property management and hospitality across Egypt. We’re looking for a Procurement Specialist to support our design and hospitality projects by sourcing, negotiating, and managing suppliers for FF&E, materials, and operational needs.
What You’ll Do:
- Source and procure FF&E items including furniture, lighting, fabrics, and finishes for hospitality projects
- Procure OS&E items and manage general company operational needs
- Collaborate with the design team to understand specifications, BOQs, and project requirements
- Identify, evaluate, and manage local and international suppliers
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure cost efficiency
- Track orders, deliveries, and coordinate with logistics and project teams
- Prepare POs, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with procurement processes
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of procurement experience, preferably in FF&E, interior design, or construction
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and supplier sourcing
- Experience in vendor management, negotiation, and cost control
- Familiarity with BOQs, specifications, and procurement processes
- Exposure to international sourcing and logistics is a plus
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
