Job Description

• Build relationships with vendors and key suppliers.
• Negotiates pricing and terms with suppliers to maximize quality, price and delivery.
• Adhere to all relevant guidelines and regulations.
• Cooperate with stakeholders to guarantee agreement on terms and processes.
• Discover and collaborate with trustworthy vendors and suppliers.
• Directs and engages in vendor pricing and quality standards.
• Remains current on market trends with competitors, suppliers, and maintains procurement pipelines with alternative vendors.
• Match current materials specs from new sources with Quality control department.
• Requesting samples from new sources upon our quality standard.
• Follow clearance procedures with logistics dep.
• Follow up stability study requests with R&D.
• Manage suppliers and materials approval cycle.
• Handle change control requests until closure.
