Job Title: Procurement Section Head
Location: 6th of October- Giza
We are seeking a qualified and motivated Procurement Section Head to join our team at the Dream Land hospital. The candidate must have extensive experience in procurement, with a minimum of 8 years of overall experience, including at least 3 years as a Procurement Section Head in hospitals Sector.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement the hospital’s procurement strategy, ensuring availability of resources, equipment, and medical supplies at competitive prices.
– Manage and guide the procurement team in their day-to-day tasks.
– Negotiate with suppliers and establish strong and sustainable relationships with them.
– Review contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with hospital requirements and organizational policies.
– Identify opportunities for improving procurement efficiency and provide recommendations for enhancements.
– Ensure compliance with health standards, regulations, and relevant laws.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
– Minimum of 8 years of experience in procurement, including at least 3 years as a Procurement Section Head in hospitals sector.
– Strong working knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, and negotiation.
– Excellent strategic skills, ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multicultural setting.
– Strong communication skills and the ability to build good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
