*Procurement & Purchasing Supervisor*
The Procurement & Purchasing Supervisor is responsible for supervising the purchasing activities of materials, supplies, and services while ensuring compliance with company policies, quality standards, and budget requirements. This role also manages and negotiates contracts with service providers, monitors vendor performance, and ensures the timely availability of required resources to support business operations

Job Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or Finance
● A master’s degree in supply chain management, Operations, or Business Administration (MBA) is a plus.
● Professional certifications such as CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply), CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management), or PMP are highly desirable.
● 5–7 years of procurement experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
● Strong experience in material purchasing and service provider contracts and recruitment agencies.
● Solid knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and vendor evaluation techniques.
● Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and procurement tools.
● Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
● Knowledge of local and international procurement laws and compliance requirements.
