ROLE SUMMARY
• Support PO operations across all operating countries and all MAF OPCOs • Support BPA and CPA creation across all operating countries and all MAF OPCOs
ROLE PROFILE
- Delivery with the Operations Lead the PO operations strategy and budgets.
- Review purchase requisitions and create POs in line with the standard operating procedures.
- Process assigned PRs within the agreed SLA
- Monitor and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.
- Create and maintain product and service catalog and framework agreements
- Solicit and analyze the feedback from stakeholders for the Procurement function
- Provide periodic compliance and data analytics reports to procurement operations lead and category leads
- Actively communicating with the stakeholders in the business and developing the review platforms to meet the KPI and SLA Guarantees set
REQUIREMENTS
- Min 2 years of experience, preferably in Procurement Operations
- System knowledge of Oracle, SAP or any other ERP
- Detailed and pragmatic experience of operational metrics and KPIs and process diagnostics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English and Arabic (Preferred)
