Procurement Officer At EME


Key Responsibilities:
Receive and review purchase requests from various departments.
Source suitable local and international suppliers and request quotations.
Evaluate offers and compare them in terms of quality, price, and delivery time.
Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best contractual terms.
Issue purchase orders and follow up until successful delivery.
Coordinate with warehouses and technical teams to ensure materials meet required specifications.
Continuously monitor the market to identify new suppliers and price trends.
Prepare and submit regular procurement reports to management.

Qualifications & Experience:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
-Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement, preferably in contracting or energy companies.
-Previous experience in Light Current Systems is a strong advantage.

Skills Required:
-Strong negotiation skills.
-Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
-Good knowledge of local and international supplier markets.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
-Good command of English (written and spoken).
