Responsibilities:
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and follow up on purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery to project sites.
- Receive and verify materials against specifications and hand them over with proper documentation.
- Monitor inventory levels and prepare regular reports on purchases, suppliers, and invoices.
- Update and review material prices, providing periodic market reports.
- Coordinate with accounting and other departments regarding financial and procurement documents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in procurement or supply chain (preferably in contracting, finishing, or construction).
- Familiarity with ERP systems or warehouse management software.
- Strong negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
