Procurement officer

We are looking for ” procurement officer ” for a multinational automotive company with the below criteria.
1. Follow the PO cycle, Creating, Following approval Till sending it to the supplier.
2. Follow up on the Payments (Due & advance).
3. Negotiated the best price for the Required Product / Service.
4. Engaging will all the project managers till launching the new lines.
5. Qualifying new Local and foreign suppliers to ensure business sustainability.
6. Compare and choose the best Quotations.
7. Putting a plan for all the needed spare parts related to the new lines.
8. Implementing the Plan with the requester to ensure the most efficient.
9. Engaging with the Purchase leader to not exceed the budget.
10. Follow up on the delivery and post all the invoices on time.
11. Follow the internal process and procedure of Methode.
12. Communicate with the operation team to ensure well receiving the Service & machines.

Main requirments:
1. Fluency in English.
2. BSc in finance or business administration.
