Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Manager based in Cairo. The Procurement Manager will be responsible for evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing procurement processes, and overseeing contract management. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing data, liaising with suppliers, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisitions, and managing vendor relationships to support SOLO Sauce’s high standards of product quality and market competitiveness.
Qualifications
- Food & beverage is must
- Supplier Evaluation and Procurement skills
- Contract Negotiation and Contract Management skills
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Cairo
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the food or manufacturing industry is a plus
