Job Description:

The Procurement Manager oversees the procurement & tendering activities for any “Design & Construction” packages related to the ongoing developments.

  • Manage and execute construction tender packages (Core & shell and finishes Packages), compare and analyze the acquired rates against the allocated budget and market rates.
  • Oversee and attend all the technical meetings arranged with the project’s team and handle all the negotiations with the bidders to meet the provide budget.
  • Prepare and get involved in concluding the agreements that secure the financial and technical benefit to the company.
  • Manage all fit out packages and direct procured items according to the agreed design and specifications.
  • Prepare, maintain, and review awarding records, produce management reports, track the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders.
  • Track the procurement plan and prepare periodical report presenting the budgets against the concluded awards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering “Civil or Arch “.
  • Minimum 9 years in relevant position.
  • Ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities.
  • Self-motivated with skills to motivate others.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skill.
  • Expert in Excel, Power Point & Dashboards preparation.
  • Good Command of English.
