Job Description:
The Procurement Manager oversees the procurement & tendering activities for any “Design & Construction” packages related to the ongoing developments.
- Manage and execute construction tender packages (Core & shell and finishes Packages), compare and analyze the acquired rates against the allocated budget and market rates.
- Oversee and attend all the technical meetings arranged with the project’s team and handle all the negotiations with the bidders to meet the provide budget.
- Prepare and get involved in concluding the agreements that secure the financial and technical benefit to the company.
- Manage all fit out packages and direct procured items according to the agreed design and specifications.
- Prepare, maintain, and review awarding records, produce management reports, track the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders.
- Track the procurement plan and prepare periodical report presenting the budgets against the concluded awards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering “Civil or Arch “.
- Minimum 9 years in relevant position.
- Ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities.
- Self-motivated with skills to motivate others.
- Strong verbal and written communication skill.
- Expert in Excel, Power Point & Dashboards preparation.
- Good Command of English.
