Master Link Construction is seeking a seasoned Procurement Manager to lead procurement operations across multiple construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing, negotiation, price analysis, and vendor management within the construction industry.



Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective procurement strategies.
• Lead and supervise the procurement team.
• Source qualified suppliers and subcontractors.
• Negotiate contracts, prices, and payment terms.
• Conduct regular price analysis and market research to ensure competitive pricing.
• Evaluate supplier quotations and prepare price comparison sheets (PCS) and cost breakdowns.
• Monitor price trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure procurement aligns with technical requirements (civil, architectural, electrical, mechanical).
• Coordinate with technical office, project management, and finance departments.
• Track vendor performance and ensure compliance with quality and delivery timelines.
• Maintain procurement records and ensure adherence to internal policies.
• Prepare and present procurement reports and cost analyses to top management.



Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or Architecture).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction procurement, including managerial roles.
• Proven experience in price analysis and market evaluation.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and procurement cycles.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP/procurement software.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
