Procurement manager At Infinity Business Solutions

We are seeking to hire “Procurement manager” for one of our Multinational clients.

Location: Mohandseen, Giza

Responsibilities:
 Overall responsible for the sourcing, procurement and supply chain
for all goods needed by the vessels (food, beverage & non-food)
 Work in close contact with the COM and the Corporate Executive Chef
to address the operational needs and provide solutions
 Identify new suppliers and conduct negotiations to ensure sourcing of
products that meet the required specifications, at the best possible
price
 Manage contracts with local suppliers and follow-up on any quality or
delivery issue
 Ensure the stock of durable items are appropriate and manage the
inventories of critical items to ensure no operational disruption
 Control and approve the ship’s Purchase Orders on a weekly basis,
and submit the orders to the suppliers
 Organize the supply chain and deliveries to the ships on a weekly basis

Qualifications:
 Bachelor in Business Administration or Supply Chain and Logistics
 5-7 years experience in a multinational environment
 Fluent in English
 Strong communication and negotiation skills
 Responsible , autonomous and hardworking
 Capability of solving problems
 Networking and analytical skills
