Job Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in the shipping industry.
• Experience in procurement, supplier management, and contract negotiations.
• Attention to details and strong organizational skills
• Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
• Full-time position from 9 AM to 5 PM.
• ⁠Intermediate level of English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues and shipping lines.
• Salary: commensurate with experience.

Operations specialist / Documentation specialist:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations /Documentation Specialist, the role involves day-to-day tasks related to operations management, documentation preparation, and ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in the freight forwarding field.
• Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
• ⁠Full-time position from 9 AM to 5 PM.
• ⁠Intermediate level of English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience.

Transportation specialist:

This is a full-time on-site role for Transportation Specialist, the role involves handling day-to-day activities related to transportation process, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery, and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to optimize logistics operations.

• Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
