Procurement Lead – Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities
• Lead full procurement cycle (RFI/RFQ/RFP → Evaluation → Negotiation → Award)
• Source suppliers and manage vendor relationships across UAE & regional markets
• Handle contracts, POs, terms, compliance, and documentation
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Logistics teams
• Optimize cost, delivery timelines, and supplier performance
• Support cross-border procurement for KSA/UAE as needed
Requirements
• 7+ years procurement experience (UAE market)
• Strong negotiation & commercial evaluation skills
• Experience with technical procurement (construction, raw materials, and heavy equipment preferred)
• Knowledge of contracts, payment terms, and logistics
• Strong MS Office / ERP experience
• Based in Dubai or able to relocate
Work Location: Dubai, UAE
