Procurement Executive At MAGRABi Retail Group

JOB PURPOSE

The Procurement Executive will be responsible for managing the procurement activities, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and managing the end-to-end procurement process.

Qualifications and Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Fluent in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience in SAP
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and principles
• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of legal and commercial aspects of procurement

Experience:

1-3 years of experience in a similar role

JOB RESPONSABILITIES

Manage end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, vendor selection, and contract negotiation for (Egypt, KSA & GCC)

Create and issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services

Work closely with internal teams to identify procurement needs and specifications

Collaborate with suppliers to resolve any invoice or delivery discrepancies

Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, including contracts, orders, and safety stock

Monitor and track supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual agreements

Implement and maintain procurement policies and procedures

Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in procurement

Understand Procurement strategy and plans and participate in the achievement of objectives and targets

Implement Procurement policies and procedures

Follow up on goods/services delivery within Purchasing Order (PO) delivery terms.

Work cooperatively with requesters and warehouse to determine availability, Price, Shipping and receiving.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential vendors and assess their capabilities, pricing, and quality of products or services

Evaluate and negotiate supplier agreements and contracts to ensure favorable terms and conditions
