Job Requirements:

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in a relevant major.
  • 1-2 years of experience in procurement/foreign purchasing.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Task-oriented approach with the ability to prioritize.
  • Proficiency in managing deadlines and schedules effectively.

Job Description:

  • Preparing and issuing requests for quotations to suppliers.
  • Cost Comparisons
  • Reviewing Performa invoices and ensuring alignment with company agreements and budget.
  • Identifying and sourcing suitable products, exploring new markets and suppliers.
  • Coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Preparing technical and commercial data for quotations.
  • Handling project submittal approvals and maintaining a database for material submittals.
  • Developing Materials Schedules with specified lead times.
  • Managing purchase requests and bid tabulations.
  • Initiating insurance coverage and reviewing Purchase Orders.
  • Ensuring timely procurement and delivery of goods.
  • Overseeing material specification and approval processes.
