We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Project Coordinator to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor procurement activities to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Maintain and update progress trackers to provide real-time updates on project status.
- Manage document control processes, including filing, version control, and distribution of project-related documents.
- Collaborate with project managers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Prepare and maintain procurement reports, including cost analysis and supplier performance metrics.
- Assist in the preparation of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Support risk management activities by identifying potential issues and proposing solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- 2-4 years of experience in procurement, project coordination, or a related field.
- PMP certification is required.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other project management tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
