Procurement Coordinator At Elsewedy Industries Group

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Project Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor procurement activities to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Maintain and update progress trackers to provide real-time updates on project status.
  • Manage document control processes, including filing, version control, and distribution of project-related documents.
  • Collaborate with project managers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
  • Prepare and maintain procurement reports, including cost analysis and supplier performance metrics.
  • Assist in the preparation of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support risk management activities by identifying potential issues and proposing solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • 2-4 years of experience in procurement, project coordination, or a related field.
  • PMP certification is required.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other project management tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
