–Position Requirements:
1- Manage overall procurement requirement from all the department, majorly in labor, general and administration procurement.
2- management, negotiation, recommendation, and preparation of contracts and purchase orders.
3- Coordinate with business department to clarify the requirement, finance department for invoicing and payment, legal department for contract creation, etc.
4- Keep managing the supplier, ensure the delivery, service level, handling escalations.
5- Evaluate supplier performance and guidance supplier to improve continuously.
Qualifications:
1- 1-3 years of work experience in procurement roles
2- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in reading the market
3- Adept at negotiations and communication
4- Good knowledge of supplier management
5- Attitude for decision-making and working with all departments
