Procurement and Logistics Specialist.
*Job Description :
Drive and maintain logistics planning tasks.
Track shipments across multiple channels.
Support with maintenance of logistics policies, procedures, support plans, and similar data .
Performing clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phones
Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy
Resolve vendor or contractor grievances and claims against suppliers.
Represent companies in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers.
Review, evaluate, and approve specifications for issuing and awarding bids.
Direct and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in buying, selling, and distributing goods and supplies.
Administer online purchasing systems
*Job Requirements
Work experience as a Logistics Administrator, Purchasing specialist for at least 3 years
BSc in Supply chain management, Logistics or relevant field
Basic accounting knowledge
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Good communication skills
Fluency in both spoken and written English
