We’re Hiring: Process Improvement & Business Transformation Engineer

We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Engineer to join our team and support business transformation and operational excellence initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in improving processes, enhancing productivity, and driving organizational performance through data-driven insights.
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering is highly preferred), -Supply Chain, Planning, or a related field – Class of 2020 or later
-Professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma are highly preferred
-Strong knowledge of KPI development and performance measurement frameworks
-Proven experience in process improvement and operational excellence
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Proficiency in Power BI, Advanced Excel, and other data analysis tools
Key Responsibilities
-Redesign and optimize workflows to improve operational efficiency and business performance
-Develop, implement, and monitor KPIs to measure productivity and effectiveness
-Conduct job and process analysis to ensure alignment with business objectives
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement business transformation initiatives
-Design, model, and continuously improve business processes
-Contribute to organizational structure development and continuous improvement projects
