Process Engineer For manufacturing company “6 of October city”

We are recruiting for our client multinational manufacturing company located in 6 of October city .
Industry manufacturer of home and personal care products.

Position: Process Engineer

Job Requirements:
From 2-5 years of experience in FMCG or pharmaceutical (Liquids or cosmetics)
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering chemical or any relevant major.
SAP experience is preferable
Lean and six sigma is preferable
6 of October or Giza government resident is a must

Responsibilities
• · Responsible for the mixing lines, to achieve the expected OEE and production plan.
· Develop and maintain instructions and SOP for mixing operators.
· Participate in the development of process sheets and changeover matrixes.
· Propose production technology improvements.
· Participate in projects to upgrade existing equipment.
· Participate in the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) program, develop measures to reduce risks and guarantee consumer safety in the unit.
· Develop and maintain a reporting system and working documents regarding the production process functionality.
· Participate in PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) creation.
· Use Gantt chart approach to identify gaps and opportunities in reducing BCT. All the opportunities to be discussed once per week and share progress report on weekly basis
· Analyze and reduce material waste as well as scrap percentage.
· Update daily scorecard before morning meeting.
· Responsible for creating mixing and filling documents (BMR and BPD)
· Work closely with project team NPD & EPD to collect all needed information.
· Revising all documents with quality team before finalization (SOP, WI, BMR and BPD)
· Follow up on NCR actions and insure closing all points on time
· Follow up on internal audit (HSEQ) actions and insure closing all points on time
· Scheduling for manpower (Operators and casual workers)
