Portside Operations Coordinator At ONE ”Alex”

JOB PURPOSE & PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Boarding New ONE Port calls & vessels to follow up terminal handling and port operations for all ONE Vessels that calls Alexandria, Dekheilla and Abu Qir terminals.
• Complete all marine tasks with local authorities along with Correspondences with Masters & Regionals offices
• Attending customs/local authorities to submit local manifests (Import/Export).
• Follow up equipment steering in accordance with TL and RPC Poland OPS Team.
• Playing a role to facilitate collecting bookings (TBU) from Partners, submit it to LON SPO Office, follow up/coordinate with the terminals until receive approved stowage plan from SPO/vessel.
• Coering Alexandria colleagues during their holidays.
• Complete all daily tasks, replying to all queries on email in accordance with Alexandria Port Colleagues.
• Preparing Import manifest Translation and photocopying 12 Manifest Hard copies for Every vessel and Manual submission each hardcopy to Different authorities at Alexandria Port ‘’ and submit Final Hardcopy Set to the Central of Manifest at Alexandria & Dekheilla Customs.
• Submitting request and IMO List to Alexandria Port Authority and waiting IMO approval.
• Submitting Alexandria approval & IMO Manifest to fire Fighting Management.
• Submitting all approvals for Alexandria port authority ‘’ Cargo Movements Division ‘’.
• Re-export Procedures finalize (If any)’’ Starting from Shipping order + Units Physical Inspection & destuffing cargo & prepare Manpower & labour for commodity inspection and terminal EQ and Prepare customs Statements of facts Re-Export Completion Steps ‘
• Stamp cargo manifest from VOA and get stamp of vessel’s departure from the vessel movement (Port Authority).
• Running and assist into neglected containers with customs ‘’ case by case ‘’

REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

– Preferably 2-5 years of work experience within shipping field.

– Alexandria Residence

– Bachelor Qualification – logistics, or any relevant field.

– Articulate, clear oral and written communication skills in English.

– Enthusiastic team worker.

– Able to work under any circumstances.
